Sam Hunter
My strategy work brings together experience across talent attraction and reputation management, helping uncover what makes employer brands resonate with, and respond to, the next generation of talent.

About me
I started out in-house at Disney and Nestlé, building a foundation in employer branding before moving into global crisis and issues communications. Alongside that, I’ve spent the last four years working with Out for Undergrad, a US non-profit that runs conferences for high-achieving university students in partnership with some of the world’s largest companies.
At Tonic, I use that broader perspective to spot where perception and reality don’t quite line up, for both candidates and employers. By making those gaps visible, I help organisations build trust and respond in ways that feel more credible and relevant to the people they want to reach.
