I’m interested in psychology and human behaviour, and how that plays out in the world of work, turning insight into action, and data into strategies that genuinely help employers connect with the right people.

About me
Over the last 10+ years, I’ve worked with organisations around the world to develop employer brands and campaigns that cut through in a crowded talent market. A big part of that is helping companies understand their audiences more deeply. In a world where noise is constant, clarity becomes the advantage. Early talent work, in particular, has been some of the most rewarding, including leading award-winning projects for brands like JLR, Clyde & Co and Flutter.
I joined Tonic in 2022, with a focus on strengthening our insight and strategy offering for clients.
Outside of work, I’m sports-obsessed, with a probably unhealthy allegiance to Liverpool. I’ve recently run my first two marathons, which I now mention more than I should, and I’m often found questioning the standard of Guinness in London.
